Dorota Kuszyńska

As a Community Education Manager in Fundacja TechSoup, Dorota is responsible for designing and delivering the Digital Activism Program educational resources.

Graduated from cultural studies at Warsaw University, Dorota holds a postgraduate degree from the WUT Business School in leadership psychology. She has 14 years of experience in managing educational and cultural projects in both public and NGO sectors.

What all of these projects have in common is their ultimate goal to make the heritage, knowledge, skills, and resources easily available, free and online, so that everyone interested in developing their potential can use it and share it with their communities.

Maria Makowska

I'm Training and Education Manager in TechSoup Europe. I’m responsible for supporting TechSoup Partner Network in Europe in sharing educational content and delivering valuable trainings to non-profits. I lead the creation, facilitation, and development of online and offline training, including cultivating and expanding a network of trainers and educators throughout Europe. I take care of securing consistency in our approach to education and trainings across all projects in Tech Soup Europe. I have more than 15 years of experience in working with the NGO sector in Poland and in other countries in Europe, especially in managing educational programs and supporting groups as a trainer and educator.I have experience in designing and implementing educational initiatives of various formats (offline, online, self-paced, course, instructor-paced, cohort, training of trainers). I facilitate learning cohorts of TechSoup partners across Europe focused on digital transformation, digital leadership and digital literacy, aimed on strengthening partners capacities in designing educational content and delivering valuable trainings to CSOs. I supervised training part of the Media Literacy Accelerator lead TechSoup in 2018-2021. I was responsible for development, localization and implementation of the training program in 14 countries, that with 160 offline and online trainings targeted 60 trainers and 3050 participants (NGOs, activists, journalists, educators, your workers). I have more than 15 years of experience as a trainer and facilitator of various educational programs for CSOs leaders and activists from local communities across Poland. I'm specialized in delivering training and facilitate learning cohorts around topics such as: civic education, training design and facilitation, leadership, empowering local communities.

Ibrahim Dosso

Dosso Ibrahim is an expert consultant in the field of projects and associative management who has accumulated more than 10 years of experience. His story begins in 2006 after finishing his studies in telecommunications it integrates the AIESEC international student organization where he learns leadership and entrepreneurship. Mr Ibrahim Dosso has facilitate in Ivory Coast the implementation of many projects and initiatives with many partners , is now creating his own digital platform for digital security resilience fros civil society actors and organizations and monitoring and evaluation development in his country. Eval4Change (E4C), is the name of his platform where he want to promote, digitalization , and enhanced the culture and the using of evaluation in daily decisions making. He is now a Dedicated consultant and trainer specializing in digital security, civil society capacity building, and governance. Extensive experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs, particularly for civil society organizations (CSOs), empowering them with digital resilience and advocacy skills. Expertise in project management, participatory governance, and entrepreneurship development.
